About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Partnerships and Ecosystem Development to join our team at SpotOn. As a key member of our Product organization, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with third-party companies that can add value to our business owners and ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Ecosystem Development: Develop and execute a strategy to create an open and vibrant ecosystem of partners for restaurants, bars, retail, and small businesses.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with critical partners and vendors, ensuring mutual benefits for our clients, partners, and company.
  • Collaboration with Product and Engineering: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand the capabilities of integrations and define updates needed by critical partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and leverage data to make informed decisions and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Industry Representation: Represent SpotOn at industry conferences and events, showcasing our company's expertise and thought leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in product partnerships, with a strong understanding of the product and engineering counterparts.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Ability to analyze and leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment and defining processes to unlock scale.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to understand complex technical concepts and participate in technical discussions.
  • Executive Presence: Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to network and meet new people in various settings.
  • Small Business Connection: Deep connection and desire to learn from and work with small business owners directly.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Our base pay range starts at $195,000 - $225,000 + Equity for this role.
