Position Summary:

In the role of Strategic Account Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team with outreach initiatives and sales operations. Key Responsibilities of a Strategic Account Executive:

  • Assist in the development and presentation of sales materials, conduct presentations for clients, and respond to customer inquiries to facilitate successful enrollments.
  • Support the implementation of sales campaigns, product introductions, and various marketing strategies.
  • Engage in training sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing your knowledge of our clients, sales methodologies, and effective customer engagement techniques.
  • Help manage customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with seasoned sales managers to gain insights, seek mentorship, and contribute to team strategy discussions.
  • Adapt marketing strategies to align with market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
  • Assist in maintaining precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.

Qualifications for the Strategic Account Executive Role:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven with a strong eagerness to learn and develop within the residential sales sector.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for real estate and sales.
