We are currently looking for an Apartment Leasing Consultant to facilitate the leasing of residential units, manage leasing documentation, prepare for resident move-ins, and address inquiries from prospects and current residents, all while ensuring exceptional customer service at our upscale apartment community.

Key Responsibilities of the Apartment Leasing Consultant:

• Provide exemplary customer service to potential residents, existing residents, and guests.

• Conduct community tours, secure rental agreements, and oversee the entire application process leading to successful move-ins.

• Engage in marketing initiatives and compile leasing-related reports.

• Support resident relations, handle administrative tasks, and assist with property management duties.

• Collaborate with fellow leasing and property management team members to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for staff, residents, and visitors.

• Availability to work weekends to maximize leasing opportunities for both the consultant and the property.

Qualifications for Success:

• Demonstrated success in residential leasing or relevant sales and customer service experience. A college degree is advantageous.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with social media and marketing is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities and a grasp of professional business writing.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks. Basic math skills are required.
