  • Regularly inspect the marketing path to ensure optimal presentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both residents and prospects.
  • Process lease applications and evaluate potential residents.
  • Support the office's administrative functions, including phone management and general tasks.
  • Play a pivotal role in addressing resident concerns and resolving issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential leasing is required.
  • Prior supervisory experience is essential.
  • Experience in luxury or market-rate properties is necessary.
  • Lease-up experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Property Management software.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in the leasing process.
  • Familiarity with Landlord-Tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and other legal aspects of property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with residents and clients.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management capabilities.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
