Role Summary:

We are actively seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to enhance our vibrant team. This role presents competitive remuneration and significant opportunities for career advancement. We desire a proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail to aid in our company's growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the company's expansion by employing effective problem-solving abilities and managing various tasks concurrently.
  • Provide weekly updates on tasks and responsibilities to the Property Manager and Regional Manager.
  • Accurately document and update prospective tenant information in the database.
  • Engage with tenants to relay information and resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate with potential tenants and real estate agents through various channels.
  • Notify the field team of any emerging concerns.
  • Promote available properties as required.
  • Evaluate prospective tenants to confirm they meet eligibility criteria.
  • Process lease applications and validate application details.
  • Inform potential tenants regarding the outcomes of their applications.
  • Collect rent payments, security deposits, and other relevant fees.
  • Organize and maintain documentation efficiently.
  • Execute any additional daily tasks related to property leasing.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Single Family Property Management and leasing.
  • Experience with MLS, Propertyware, Salesforce, and Rently is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
  • Bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
