Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Drive financial success by overseeing rent collections and minimizing delinquency rates. Assist in bookkeeping and budget oversight to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Sales and Marketing Leadership: Collaborate with the leasing team to implement effective marketing strategies and conduct engaging property tours that lead to new lease agreements.
- Resident Relations: Cultivate brand loyalty by ensuring all resident interactions are positive and responsive. Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and participate in community events to strengthen relationships.
- Maintenance Coordination: Work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and external vendors to address maintenance requests efficiently, ensuring the property maintains a professional and appealing appearance.
- Team Development: Inspire and mentor team members by providing training and support for their professional growth. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet Dweck Properties' standards.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Assistant Property Manager or Senior Leasing Consultant role within the multi-family housing sector.
- Familiarity with landlord/tenant regulations, ADA compliance, and fair housing laws.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, Nexus, or similar systems.
