Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant at Dweck Properties, you will play a pivotal role in assisting prospective residents in discovering their ideal living space. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding them through the entire leasing journey, from initial inquiries to move-in orientation.

Our leasing offices operate Monday through Saturday, so flexibility to work weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for potential residents, understanding their preferences and requirements to help them find their perfect apartment. Engage with them through a series of qualifying questions to ensure they meet our leasing criteria.
  • Coordinate in-person tours of our community, showcasing the property’s features and amenities. For those unable to visit, we offer virtual tours to accommodate their needs.
  • Conduct property tours that highlight our exceptional amenities, outdoor spaces, and attractive apartment homes, helping future residents visualize their new lifestyle.
  • Follow up with individuals who have not applied immediately, maintaining communication through email, phone, or text to encourage their application.
  • Assist future residents through the application process, determining their eligibility to proceed.
  • Review the lease agreement with new residents, ensuring they understand the terms before handing over their keys during the move-in orientation.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with experience in customer service or sales. However, if you lack experience, we are open to providing training.
