What will your role entail? Act as the welcoming, public representative of our property and a vital liaison for all current and prospective residents.
Position Overview: We are eager to fill an immediate opening for a proactive Property Leasing Consultant to showcase and lease units to potential renters. The objective is to assist prospective tenants in becoming actual residents and to achieve optimal occupancy levels. Key responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional personalized service
- Conduct tours of available units for potential residents
- Engage in daily follow-ups with interested tenants
- Prepare and manage leasing documentation and process necessary payments
- High School diploma or GED is required
- A minimum of one year of experience in a leasing role
- Familiarity with property management software, specifically Onesite
