Role Responsibilities
As the Vice President, you will report directly to the North America VP of Public Sector & ISV Partnerships and will be tasked with:
- Establishing a high-performing organization focused on the Public Sector and ISV.
- Driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Formulating and executing innovative strategies for partner recruitment and industry solutions.
- Recruiting and developing a talented team of sales professionals aligned with our core values.
- Ensuring partners achieve customer success through ongoing support and adherence to best practices.
- Advocating for the development and adoption of partner programs.
- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration within CLevelCrossing to integrate partners into our sales initiatives.
- Managing and reporting on a predictable sales pipeline.

- A seasoned business professional with 15 years of experience in ISV, alliances, or channel organizations within enterprise software.
- Expertise across multiple sectors, particularly in Financial Services, Health and Life Sciences, and the Public Sector.
- A dynamic, visionary leader with a proven track record of driving new initiatives.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong ability to cultivate relationships within a complex, global organization.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A history of delivering successful partner solutions and achieving substantial revenue goals.
- Established relationships with C-level executives at partner organizations.
- Proven success in managing extensive partner networks and revenue streams while maintaining profitability.
- Strong understanding of CPaaS and SaaS technologies and their business advantages.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Work Environment
This position offers remote work flexibility, with an expectation of travel as needed.
