As the Regional Vice President of Operations, you will collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee the management and supervision of a designated area, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality educational services, partner relations, outreach, marketing, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with district personnel to address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders, fostering district partnerships and student enrollment.
  • Provide training and professional development for Program Directors, Shared Support Services, Campus Site Leadership, and Campus Support Staff, covering areas such as instructional practices, intervention techniques, and financial management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and programmatic issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and state and federal regulations while upholding the quality and integrity of operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, projecting a positive and professional image.
  • Develop management and organizational plans for the assigned region, working closely with Directors to create annual operating plans.
  • Analyze financial performance and collaborate with site leadership to make necessary financial adjustments.
  • Work with Human Resources on staffing, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and accreditation requirements.
  • Utilize quality assurance standards to monitor programmatic and operational compliance.
  • Support site leadership in addressing deficiencies and ensuring ongoing compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Leverage data from various sources to inform programmatic and operational decisions.
  • Assist additional campuses outside of the designated area as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in education, educational leadership, special education, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership overseeing multiple sites is strongly preferred.
  • Active certification in educational leadership or school administration is preferred.
  • Strong management skills and comprehensive knowledge of administrative and school operations.
  • Experience in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with autism and emotional disturbances.
  • Knowledge of alternative educational services for at-risk students and diverse needs.
  • Familiarity with research-based instructional programming is preferred.
  • Understanding of applicable state licensure and accreditation laws is preferred.
  • Proven success in marketing, public relations, and school enrollment is preferred.
  • Exhibit characteristics of Servant Leadership, focusing on the needs of others and promoting personal development.
