Position Overview:
Vice President of Partnerships at Ironclad
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies through strategic alliances with other organizations
- Identify and onboard new partners while fostering relationships with current ones
- Work closely with internal teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies
- Enhance global partner training initiatives
- Evaluate partner performance and offer constructive insights
- Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing structures, and terms effectively
- Assess market trends to uncover new opportunities
- Provide regular performance reports to the executive team
- Lead a team of partnership specialists
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
Essential Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of proven experience in channel or partner development
