Position Overview: In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee and guide the operations of a specified region, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality educational services, maintaining partner relationships, and driving outreach and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with district personnel to fulfill the needs of both internal and external stakeholders, while enhancing district partnerships and student enrollment.
  • Deliver training and professional development to personnel within the designated area, including Program Directors and Campus Site Leadership.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges and programmatic issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, projecting a positive and professional image.
  • Develop management and organizational strategies for the assigned region, collaborating with Directors to create annual operational plans.
  • Analyze financial performance and collaborate with site leadership to implement necessary financial adjustments.
  • Partner with Human Resources on staffing, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and accreditation requirements.
  • Utilize quality assurance standards to monitor compliance and support site leadership in addressing deficiencies.
  • Make informed programmatic and operational decisions based on data analysis.
  • Provide support to additional campuses as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in education, educational leadership, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership overseeing multiple sites is strongly preferred.
  • Active certification in educational leadership or related fields is preferred.
  • Demonstrated management skills and a comprehensive understanding of administrative operations.
  • Experience in special education services and compliance is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of alternative educational services for at-risk students is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with research-based instructional programming is preferred.
  • Understanding of applicable state licensure and accreditation laws is advantageous.
  • Proven success in marketing and school enrollment is preferred.
  • Exhibit characteristics of Servant Leadership.
