Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned sales professional with expertise in the industrial sector, specifically in pump sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market dynamics and a proven track record in fostering new business relationships within the Indiana region. Our client specializes in distributing mechanical seals and fluid sealing products, with a focus on promoting and selling these solutions across the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and maintain essential customer relationships.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or a solid understanding of pumps and seals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with the industrial market is essential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a robust technical aptitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen interest in rotating equipment, including mechanical seals, pumps, and motors. Knowledge of submersible pumps, positive displacement motors, and vertical turbine systems will be considered an advantage.
