Salary Range:
$110,000 - $140,000 annually plus bonus potential.

Managed Areas:
Illinois, Indiana, Iowa.
Your Role

This engaging Regional Operations Leader position promises both challenges and rewards, paving the way for ongoing career advancement.

As an essential member of our regional management team, you will influence the direction of your area by establishing objectives, ensuring adherence to corporate standards, and driving financial success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically planning and directing operations within the designated region to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
  • Clarifying team objectives and strategies, setting clear priorities for all team members.
  • Participating in strategic planning sessions to define divisional and regional objectives.
  • Expanding profitable business within the geographic area through new acquisitions and business development.
  • Leading the sales process for new business, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations.
  • Developing and managing an annual budget for the assigned region, ensuring financial compliance.
  • Conducting regular unit inspections to ensure contract compliance and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Resolving escalated client, resident, customer, and employee-related issues.
  • Collaborating with legal and human resources on customer and employee-related matters.
  • Conducting annual performance evaluations and overseeing timely reporting in accordance with corporate policies.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Willingness to travel a percentage of the year, including overnight stays.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a hospitality-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in multi-unit food service management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit food service operations with a combined volume of $18 million or greater, overseeing three (3) or more accounts.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • A creative, flexible, and innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • A track record of driving customer satisfaction.
  • Comfort with working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and P&L-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet.
  • ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
  • Successful completion of criminal background checks (State and Federal) and drug screenings.
