Your Role:
In this exciting phase of our growth, you will be instrumental in transforming our operations into a technology-driven service model that aims to redefine the real estate landscape. Your business acumen and results-oriented mindset will be essential as you collaborate with our business development team to secure new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead initiatives to expand ResProp's presence across Texas.
- Interface with property owners to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor and develop Regional Managers to cultivate future leaders.
- Serve as a key knowledge leader within the Austin leadership team.
Qualifications:
- 6-15 years of experience in property operations.
- 2-5 years of experience at the VP level overseeing regional managers.
- Extensive knowledge of the Texas market, particularly in third-party multifamily operations.
