Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Texas operations by collaborating with property owners and nurturing our regional teams.
  • Serve as a key knowledge leader, partnering with the Austin leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee efforts to expand ResProp's footprint across Texas.
  • Mentor and develop Regional Managers to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.

Qualifications:

  • 6-15 years of experience in property operations.
  • 2-5 years of experience at the VP level managing regional managers.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Texas market, particularly in third-party multifamily operations.
