About the Role:


The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will oversee the acquisition of new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and meet the sales objectives established by the executive leadership.

This role requires proficiency in marketing professional product development solutions, including research, industrial design, engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing services for high-profile clients.

To excel in this position, the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships must possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and market dynamics, coupled with exceptional interpersonal abilities.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales (preferably at the enterprise level)
- Proficient in targeting large clients (Fortune 500)
- Skilled at engaging decision-makers swiftly to close deals
- Expected to generate ~$5M in revenue within the first year
- Confidence is paramount
- Experience in selling product design and development services
- Potential for advancement to sales management in the future

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and maintain existing ones by identifying prospective clients; strategically planning and organizing sales outreach.
- Seek new clients through networking, cold outreach, advertising, or other methods to generate interest.
- Strive to meet quarterly sales targets and forecast sales goals effectively.
- Strengthen current client relationships and create new business opportunities by presenting innovative products and services.
- Comprehend the product and service needs of key clients.
- Address client inquiries through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Uphold company values, emphasizing ethical conduct and integrity in all dealings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
- Articulate company and product values to potential clients through formal and informal presentations and discussions.
- Collaborate with technical teams and other internal stakeholders to fulfill client requirements.
- Organize and engage in internal and external client reviews.
- Participate in industry events, such as conferences and networking functions, providing insights on market trends.

- Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management regarding business trends to identify opportunities for new services, products, and distribution methods.

- Identify potential campaigns, services, and distribution strategies that could enhance sales performance.
- Utilize market knowledge and competitor analysis to develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management within the company's CRM or other sales management systems.
