Role Overview

We are in search of a meticulous Innovative Project Coordinator to become a vital member of our energetic Brand Innovation team within the Creative Department at Congo Brands. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing various projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, and promoting teamwork within the creative unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the marketing division to grasp project specifications for brand collaborations
  • Develop and oversee project schedules to guarantee the prompt delivery of creative materials
  • Facilitate coordination with both internal and external parties for project implementation
  • Act as the primary liaison for communication between the creative team and external partners
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to cultivate innovative concepts
  • Support the planning and execution of photography and videography sessions
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors and service providers
  • Identify potential project challenges and implement solutions to keep initiatives on course
  • Monitor project budgets and maintain resources for shoots

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
