  • Enter and maintain program data in electronic databases for accurate record-keeping.
  • Establish and manage both automated and manual record systems to reflect essential technical and administrative information.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and status documents, consolidating information for review.
  • Monitor purchases and shipping receipts, generating web-based tracking reports as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, handling logistics such as scheduling, agendas, and attendance.
  • Download and organize project submissions and requests for information from management systems.
  • Maintain tracking tools for task management across various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with the ability to create and edit Word and Excel documents. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional for creating and editing PDF documents is also essential.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000, commensurate with experience.
