Job Overview

This role entails overseeing projects from inception to completion. Daily responsibilities encompass crafting detailed project plans, pinpointing key milestones, and ensuring their achievement. Effective communication of project expectations to team members, managing vendor purchase orders, and reviewing submissions are critical tasks. Additionally, this position involves procuring materials, scheduling deliveries, and examining documents for modifications, as well as processing change orders. Project coordinators will maintain regular communication with vendors and clients through various channels.

Candidates should possess the ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents. Strong communication skills, organizational prowess, attention to detail, and a task-oriented mindset are essential. Proficiency in software such as Windows, Office Suite, and Google applications is required, while familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam Revu is advantageous but not mandatory.

The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of occasional overtime. This position requires full-time engagement in an office setting, primarily involving electronic completion of job responsibilities using multiple monitors.
