Job Overview

The Project Coordinator at Air/Pro, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing various projects related to air pollution control and industrial ventilation systems. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, and supervising field operations. The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Kentucky business manager and will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Air/Pro vendors for drawing management, manufacturing timelines, and site deliveries.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors on fabrication, installation, and related tasks.
  • Develop and maintain master schedules for equipment shipments and field operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project management.
  • Assist in the design process and sales quoting as necessary.
  • Oversee field coordination and management of significant projects.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; a degree in a technical or business field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in industrial ventilation and air pollution control is highly advantageous.
  • Background in equipment manufacturing or project management is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in project scheduling is essential.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Greater Louisville area if necessary.
