Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the project manager throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work on the first shift, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Issuing purchase orders and managing procurement processes.
  • Reviewing and processing project submittals and change orders.
  • Coordinating the ordering of materials and scheduling deliveries.
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including coordinators, accounting, and warehouse teams.
  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
