  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Hold regular progress meetings and generate reports to keep stakeholders informed about project status, milestones, and significant developments.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction and project coordination.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, and resource allocation.
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for negotiation, conflict resolution, and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and readiness to work.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check to operate company vehicles.
  • Travel is required.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Work primarily outdoors, occasionally indoors, in various weather conditions.
