Job Overview: As a Sales Account Executive at Crescent Electric Supply Company, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries, finalizing lucrative sales transactions, and managing incoming orders.

Your responsibilities will include assessing received orders to ensure they align with customer expectations, maintaining follow-through on delivery commitments, and effectively communicating vital information to both customers and team members involved in order fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our products and services, recommend additional and upgraded products that may enhance customer satisfaction, and propose alternative solutions when requested items are unavailable.

Conduct sales activities with integrity and professionalism, reflecting positively on both your personal reputation and that of Crescent Electric Supply Company.

Collaborate with branch staff to deliver competitive pricing quotes.

Required Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent educational background (GED) is required. Previous sales experience and/or training is preferred, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Compensation Details:

The anticipated pay rate for this role is $28.00 per hour, which includes a base salary along with potential sales commission.

Eligibility Criteria:

Employees qualify for health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Employees aged 21 and older will be automatically enrolled in the company's 401(k) plan after completing 90 days of employment.
