Location: This position requires in-office attendance initially, with potential for a hybrid schedule post-training.

Compensation: The salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in automated accounting systems, particularly QuickBooks.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in GAAP and applicable accounting regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze accounts.
  • Oversee daily cash flow, billing, accounts receivable, month-end journal entries including accruals, and maintain fixed asset records.
  • Handle sales tax reporting and budget maintenance.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements and statistical reports.
  • Execute monthly corporate allocations and manage transactions related to sales and commissions.
  • Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate cash receipts and accounts receivable records.
  • Assist in the preparation of both internal and external financial reports and analyses.
