City Wide Facility Solutions of Colorado is looking for an energetic, determined, and polished individual to become part of our Sales Team as a Sales Executive. This role offers a competitive base salary, an uncapped commission structure, a vehicle allowance, comprehensive benefits, and a 401K plan. Successful Sales Executives in their first year can earn between $75,000 and $100,000, with top performers in their second year averaging over $130,000.

In this role, you will represent City Wide Facility Solutions - Colorado, one of over 70 markets served across the United States and Canada. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside B2B sales, preferably in a recent role focused on external sales
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals (minimum of 2 full calendar years, e.g., 105% of sales target as evidenced by scorecards or dashboards)
  • Strong ability to prospect and develop a sales territory
  • Proficient in CRM systems with strong data entry and sales data organization skills
  • Preferred: prior sales training certification (e.g., Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie, etc.)
  • Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality
  • A proactive attitude that thrives on challenges
  • Organized approach within a defined sales process, capable of guiding clients from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating presentations or one-on-one meetings
  • Ability to coordinate team efforts and collaborate effectively with operations and marketing
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
