Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, dedicated, problem-solver, and analytical Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This pivotal role will drive marketing operations for our franchise, focusing on building systems, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to increase the pool of potential members and franchisee candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Paid Advertising Efforts: Develop and execute paid social advertisement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Marketing Support and Materials: Provide support to the marketing team on various marketing administrative tasks, including producing marketing materials, such as SOPs, resource guides, flyers, and network update communications.
  • Lead Generation and Retention: Track and report on email and text KPIs, focusing on areas of optimization for lead nurture and re-engagement, and participate in strategy sessions to promote lead generation for potential members and franchisee candidates.
  • Customer Retention and Feedback: Conduct customer retention surveys and calls to gather feedback, identify market trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market insights, lead generation tools, and competitor marketing strategies to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in digital advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, or a related marketing role, part-time or full-time internship.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the marketing lifecycle, excellent communication and creative skills, ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly, strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, and a team player attitude.
