About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Southwire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, driving sales growth, and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with key buyers from our customers to discuss business opportunities and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Evaluate our product assortment and recommend strategies to improve product mix, placement, and promotion with our top customers.
  • Partner with our product teams, inventory planning, and sourcing to develop and launch new products through various channels.
  • Develop and implement quarterly promotional calendars with our marketing and customer teams to drive year-over-year sales growth.
  • Collaborate with store managers, merchandising teams, and other stakeholders to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage our satellite office and oversee office operations.

Requirements
