Position Overview:

The Senior Finance Integration Manager will spearhead essential program and project initiatives within the Finance Systems and Integrations domain.

As the primary authority on content, processes, and procedures pertaining to SAP Finance, this role will supervise a team of both internal and external FICO professionals while collaborating with other SAP divisions (SD, MM/PP), technology teams, and finance business units to deliver comprehensive functionality efficiently.


Context:

The Enterprise Systems team is undergoing a significant transformation, shifting towards a team-of-teams framework (architecture, core/projects, support) and establishing a robust enterprise architecture practice.

This leadership position is expected to evolve into a Solution Architect role, remaining within the core team while also connecting with the architecture team. Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles is advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
  • Directs and oversees the efforts of the Finance team, which includes both internal and external resources.
  • Mentors and develops team members, fostering their skills and career progression; provides constructive feedback and creates development plans to enhance individual capabilities.
  • Collaborates with the ES team to enhance internal collaboration and practices that promote high performance.
  • Assists the ES Lead in formulating workforce strategies to optimize team capabilities and capacity in alignment with business needs.

Project Management:
  • Identifies and prioritizes improvement opportunities, sharing insights with other teams and leaders, and devising action plans to implement enhancements.
  • Engages with the Architects Team to gather business and technology requirements, facilitating workshops with various stakeholders to develop Solution Models that effectively convey technical concepts to users.
  • Conducts thorough analyses of complex business process requirements and produces solution architecture documentation that aligns with YETI's enterprise architecture principles.
  • Develops project scopes and request for proposal documentation to effectively engage Technology partners.
  • Leads the design of finance enterprise systems applications, with SAP as the core technology.
  • Creates comprehensive planning and design documentation and supports the development of testing and support materials.
  • Ensures quality assurance of all approved enterprise systems applications and collaborates with technical experts on integrations.
  • Manages finance master data quality in conjunction with the ES master data lead.
  • Provides comprehensive support to the ES Support team for troubleshooting, incident resolution, enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades.

Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Highly desirable Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
  • Beneficial Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification.
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise System technologies, particularly SAP within Finance in a corporate environment.
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience managing both internal and external resources.
  • Familiarity with existing and future SAP technology platforms, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Finance modules.
  • Knowledge of connected capabilities, especially Vertex (Tax), Workflow, SAP Payment Gateway, and international implementations.
  • Proven experience in enhancing an SAP landscape to achieve global business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in developing end-to-end business process solutions utilizing SAP technology.
  • Experience with cloud-native solutions and security principles.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party partnerships to fulfill commitments and strategies.
  • High energy and adaptability to meet diverse demands while delivering high-quality results.
