Your Impact:


We are in search of a seasoned Territory Sales Consultant to collaborate with our field service management team, gaining insights into customer needs and identifying new business opportunities.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will devise and execute effective strategies to penetrate markets and enhance our established relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


- Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with customers by actively engaging with both existing clients and new prospects to consistently meet sales and business objectives.

- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand business and solutions with assigned clients, ensuring a robust pipeline and high success rates.

- Establish and uphold professional credibility within the industry, effectively partnering with clients and being recognized as a strategic ally dedicated to enhancing the customer experience.

- Network across various industries to build a strong pipeline that aligns with TSS sales goals.

- Present TSS’s service offerings to all levels within current and prospective client organizations.

- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to represent TSS.

- Act as a mentor to clients by assessing growth opportunities and promoting new services.

- Drive growth through cross-selling and upselling by collaborating with different business units.

- Work closely with fellow Territory Sales Consultants, Inside Sales, and service delivery managers to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment on service delivery.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s full range of services to tailor recommendations to customer needs.

- Conduct structured business review sessions with management to ensure alignment on customer strategies and priorities, refine our value proposition, and foster continuous improvement through innovative ideas.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.


Compensation and Benefits:


- Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $120,000, with potential earnings based on performance.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Environmental Facilities Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is advantageous.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, independently managing a portfolio of clients.

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking productivity and identifying opportunities.

- In-depth knowledge of laboratory and healthcare compliance services and related markets.

- Proven track record in selling service contracts, subscriptions, or related services.

- Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with a passion for problem-solving and exceeding customer expectations.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees, prospects, clients, and management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

- Willingness to travel 50% – 70% of the time to meet with clients.
