Job Summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Atlantic territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the pre-K to 12 education market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales goals and company strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key education market decision-makers, including school administrators and district leaders.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our literacy and reading solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and drive results in medium to large-sized districts.
  • Manage customer accounts, track activity, and maintain accurate market forecasts.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time, with a focus on building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and account management in the pre-K to 12 education market.
  • Proven track record of sales goal attainment, closing business, and building a pipeline of opportunities in large, complex districts.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic territory and existing contacts in K-12 education.
  • Proficient user of CRM software, MS Office, and Google Suites.
