Territory Sales Associate

The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) plays a crucial role in delivering pneumatic compression devices to patients as recommended by healthcare professionals. The TSA collaborates closely with the Clinical Territory Manager (CTM) to engage with patients and drive sales growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Distribute pneumatic compression devices for the management of chronic conditions
- Illustrate the advantages of the company's offerings to patients, healthcare providers, and medical staff
- Exhibit knowledge in the medical conditions addressed by the company's products
- Leverage Salesforce for managing patient data and optimize available resources
- Work alongside the CTM to align on objectives, performance metrics, and sales strategies
- Comprehend the patient journey and revenue cycle concerning insurance providers
- Conduct follow-ups with patients after setup and liaise with healthcare professionals
- Assess and recommend suitable equipment based on patient requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and administrative personnel
- Educate patients on device operation while adhering to regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy laws
- Follow company protocols and complete necessary administrative duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of one year in a sales role
- Possession of a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record
- Competence in MS Office and Apple software
- Strong time management and communication abilities
- Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and willingness to relocate if necessary
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and reach with hands and arms
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Daily travel by vehicle within a 2-3 hour radius
- Able to work remotely and visit patients in various environments
