Our client, a leading medical device organization, is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to become part of their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in an extensive training program alongside a Territory Representative (TR) for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Take charge of multiple accounts following the training period for an additional 3-6 months.
- Ensure the retention of all current revenue streams.
- Assist in surgical procedures within the operating room.
- Develop a robust pipeline of potential opportunities.
- Obtain necessary hospital approvals and garner support from surgeons.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B outside sales.
- Strong ability to build relationships and think strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven adaptability and eagerness to receive coaching and development.
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
- Open to training in different territories for 3 to 6 months (housing will be provided).
- Flexibility to relocate anywhere in the U.S. upon promotion.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 base salary plus $20,000 variable compensation.
