We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to become a part of our innovative medical device organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a comprehensive training program alongside a Territory Representative (TR) for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
  • Take charge of multiple accounts following the training period for an additional 3-6 months.
  • Ensure the retention of existing revenue streams.
  • Participate in surgical procedures within the operating room.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of potential opportunities.
  • Obtain necessary hospital approvals and foster relationships with surgeons.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B outside sales.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and openness to coaching and development.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Ability to train in a different territory for 3 to 6 months (housing will be provided).
  • Flexibility to relocate anywhere in the U.S. upon promotion.
