We are currently looking for an entry-level individual to serve as the initial point of contact for clients. The main responsibility of this position is to engage with potential new accounts to inform and assist in securing business partnerships. Our overarching aim is to enhance revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and nurturing client relationships: This role involves creating enduring business connections with clients, including follow-up discussions and problem-solving to enhance the customer experience.
  • Achieving sales objectives: Meet performance targets by exemplifying diligence, implementing sales strategies, and representing our brand partners with professionalism and integrity.
  • Conducting market analysis: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and industry trends to identify consumer demographics and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Providing insights to management: Regularly communicate with management regarding the sales team's performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Propose actionable solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or some college experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing or customer service roles.
  • Strong willingness to learn and demonstrated ability to mentor and train others.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Experience or Interests: Customer Service, Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, Business Development, Leadership, Hospitality, Campaign Management, Communication, Training, Sales, Retail, Promotions, Team Collaboration, Advertising, Marketing.
