Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with inquiries through phone or email communications
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and UniFirst personnel
  • Manage accounts receivable functions, including reaching out to clients with overdue balances and addressing account-related concerns
  • Support the Sales Division with various administrative tasks
  • Conduct basic data entry and other clerical responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an administrative capacity
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable is advantageous
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A collaborative team player with effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable performing basic mathematical tasks
