Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries through phone or email communications

- Manage accounts receivable functions, including reaching out to clients with overdue balances and addressing account-related concerns
- Support the Sales Division with various administrative tasks
- Conduct basic data entry and other clerical responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an administrative capacity
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable is advantageous
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A collaborative team player with effective problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable performing basic mathematical tasks
