We seek candidates with excellent communication skills via phone and email, along with a background in unscripted customer service or account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism
- Manage customer orders, inquiries, billing, and concerns
- Work closely with the sales team to enhance product sales to smaller clients
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma is mandatory; a college degree is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service within an office environment; experience in manufacturing is beneficial
