Sparks Group is collaborating with a leading manufacturer to identify a Client Relations Specialist for a potential full-time opportunity. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, overseeing order processing and verifying product availability. We seek candidates with excellent communication skills via phone and email, along with a background in unscripted customer service or account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism
  • Manage customer orders, inquiries, billing, and concerns
  • Work closely with the sales team to enhance product sales to smaller clients

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma is mandatory; a college degree is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer service within an office environment; experience in manufacturing is beneficial
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills are essential
