Overview

The Client Support Department plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. In this position, you will oversee, coordinate, and implement cross-departmental projects that are vital to maintaining long-term client relationships. Your efforts will ensure that all client-related initiatives are executed with quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Foster sustainable relationships and build trust with clients, going above and beyond to engage them through open and effective communication.

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for tactical client issues, addressing both internal and external inquiries through various communication channels, including written correspondence and phone interactions.

Issue Management: Provide daily assistance, resolve data-related issues, and process client requests with precision and efficiency.

Performance Metrics: Meet team targets for client support, manage incoming inquiries, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.

Client Onboarding: Oversee the New Client Implementation process for designated clients, as well as manage other significant client-related challenges as they arise.

Project Management: Act as a project manager for large-scale client initiatives and consult with other teams regarding project expectations, planning, and scheduling.

Product Development: Contribute to product enhancement strategies, participate in product documentation, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the platform meets client needs.

Reporting: Communicate project status updates proactively, detailing specific expectations and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in client service or customer support roles.

- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, internet, project management, and database software.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree required.
