Role Objective
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will immerse yourself in the structured sales methodology of ZeeRecruit, completing necessary training to effectively present and promote the features and advantages of our offerings. Your primary focus will be on identifying new clientele through networking, referrals, and diligent follow-up, while ensuring a consistent schedule of appointments to achieve or surpass sales targets.


Compensation Structure
This role offers an incentive-based pay structure, with earnings potential exceeding $100,000 annually, contingent upon individual performance. A company vehicle will be provided shortly after the training phase.


Main Responsibilities

  • Verify and qualify scheduled appointments, generate organic leads, conduct consultative meetings with clients, and deliver precise estimates while professionally presenting proposals to property owners or their representatives.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, technical specifications, industry standards, and processes relevant to our offerings.
  • Implement organic lead generation techniques and activities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business and marketing prospects.
  • Create product reference materials and documentation for clients.
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize sales calls and appointments effectively.
  • Develop and sustain a marketing strategy aimed at enhancing sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with installation team leaders to comprehend, articulate, and analyze client requirements.
  • Demonstrate products to potential customers.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry to track sales and client interactions.
  • Engage with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Background:

  • A college degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Prior experience in home service sales is advantageous.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic computer skills and internet proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Respectful and trustworthy in interactions with others.
  • Consistently positive work attitude.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Occasionally engage in fieldwork, interacting with business owners.
  • Stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands for handling, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; communicate verbally and audibly.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Lift and move items weighing up to approximately 100 lbs.
  • Drive a motor vehicle for extended periods.
