Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with clients on a daily basis.
  • Conducting on-site visits, making phone calls, and following up via email.
  • Interacting with various sectors including Property Management, Hospitality, Moving Services, Construction, etc.
Building and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Educating clients on the capabilities and limitations of Surface Experts.
  • Enjoying collaboration with others.
  • Assessing client satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Establishing trust with our clients.
Collaborating within a sales team and adhering to established processes
  • Mastering sales scripts and participating in role-playing exercises.
  • Documenting sales activities in our CRM system, from lead generation to work order completion.
  • Providing accurate weekly reports.
  • Engaging in brainstorming sessions to uncover new leads and opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, including cold-calling and/or B2B sales.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on service.
  • Willingness to work within a metrics-driven, process-oriented sales team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of the property management and/or construction industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and processes.
  • Experience in a base salary plus commission structure.
