Overview:

The eCommerce and Procurement Program Manager will be responsible for the effective management of procurement card and virtual card initiatives, as well as overseeing eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the procurement card, virtual card, and eCommerce systems.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to cardholders to enhance program utilization.
  • Oversee daily operations and lead a team of specialists in procurement activities.
  • Conduct analysis of spending behaviors, identify fraudulent activities, and recommend sourcing strategies.

Essential Duties:

  • Assess staffing requirements and develop salary frameworks.
  • Provide administrative support to team members.
  • Formulate budgets and financial projections.
  • Oversee technology requirements and manage office resources.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Identify and create administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supervise a diverse team of both exempt and non-exempt personnel.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of three years of pertinent experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in financial management software and tools.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with collaborative software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in procurement, financial services, eCommerce, and management. Comprehensive understanding of procurement card systems and compliance requirements. Strong analytical capabilities.
