Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the HVAC program, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the HVAC program.
- Supervise and guide HVAC technicians, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for HVAC technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HVAC program is integrated into the overall operations of the company.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
- Handle any issues or problems related to the HVAC program promptly and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the HVAC field.
- Prepare and present reports on the HVAC program's performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Current S1 or S2 license in Connecticut.
- 3 or more years of recent work experience as a licensed HVAC Technician or similar position.
- Experience in classroom teaching at the post-secondary level is a plus.
- Experience in successful leadership and management experience is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
