Schedule: M-F (7:30 am-4:00 pm)
Pay: $110,240 Per Year
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (paid 1st paycheck)

Job Details
Job Title: Nursing Program Coordinator
The Nursing Program Coordinator will organize and lead faculty to ensure quality classroom instruction. Administer programs, monitor the learning process, and tailor course materials to meet the levels and needs of individual students, ultimately allowing them to develop employable skills that align with both student abilities and employer expectations.
Must-Have:
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
  • Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in the State of Connecticut required.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required; if only BSN, must be willing to obtain a Master's degree.
  • Holds a BSN with a Master's in a healthcare-related field.
  • Holds a Master's in Nursing (MSN).
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience as LPN or RN required, recent experience preferred.
  • Previous management experience in the Nursing field; education management experience preferred.
  • Classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred.
