The Nursing Program Coordinator will oversee and guide faculty to ensure high-quality instruction in the classroom. Responsibilities include administering educational programs, monitoring student progress, and customizing course materials to meet the diverse needs of learners. This role is vital in equipping students with the skills necessary for successful employment in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead faculty in delivering effective classroom instruction.
- Administer nursing programs and monitor student learning outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
- Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in the State of Connecticut.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; willingness to pursue a Master's degree if only holding a BSN.
- Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience as an LPN or RN.
- Previous management experience in nursing; educational management experience is a plus.
- Classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred.
