Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will:

  • Collaborate with Lead HR Business Partners and management to implement essential HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change.
  • Oversee significant HR projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and thorough communication while executing tasks with precision and assessing outcomes.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to proactively address potential issues, assess solutions, and execute effective resolutions to mitigate employment-related challenges.
  • Enhance managerial and employee knowledge regarding HR policies and practices, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to engagement strategies by leveraging both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
  • Drive initiatives that foster a culture aligned with TransUnion's values, promoting an inclusive and empowering environment.
  • Lead selected change management initiatives related to organizational transformations and enterprise projects.
  • Act as a cultural steward to attract, engage, and develop exceptional talent.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-person attendance at designated office locations for a minimum of two days each week, alongside remote work capabilities.
