Position Overview: As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bridgeway Professionals, you will oversee the comprehensive policies, procedures, and programs associated with our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will guide other HR Business Partners in navigating complex HR landscapes.

Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted relationships that embody the culture, vision, and values of our organization.

Strategic Support: Collaborate with the HR Leadership Team to align people initiatives with the overarching business vision and strategy, facilitating change and supporting business growth.

Expert Guidance: Provide insightful thought leadership and HR/employee relations counsel to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to legal standards while mitigating risks.

Management Coaching: Offer guidance to line management on critical areas such as coaching, counseling, career development, succession planning, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

HR Solutions Development: Design and implement HR strategies that enhance performance and align with business objectives.

Talent Management: Work closely with managers and leaders to assess and prepare for future talent requirements, managing internal transitions and promotions effectively.

Change Management Leadership: Spearhead change management initiatives, equipping managers and leaders with the tools to drive change successfully.

Collaboration with COEs: Partner with Corporate Centers of Excellence in areas such as leadership development, compensation, benefits, and staffing to propel organizational initiatives forward.

Apprenticeship Program Management: Oversee and enhance the plant apprenticeship program.

Performance Management Support: Provide administrative support for the HR performance management system.

Project Participation: Engage in or lead specific projects as assigned, assisting the VP of Global Human Resources with reports, metrics, and various projects.

Policy Development: Create and maintain all HR policies to ensure compliance and best practices.

Learning and Development: Advocate for and support learning and development opportunities within the organization.

Leadership Role: Act as a team leader, coordinating efforts, providing expert guidance, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience with PHR designation preferred.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, adept at resolving complex employee relations issues and demonstrating progressive HR experience.

- Proven ability to act as a liaison across various HR functions, prioritizing areas such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent assessments, succession planning, engagement/retention, and learning and development.

- Comprehensive knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong skills in spreadsheet and data management.

- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and collaborative environment.

- Exceptional leadership qualities, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
