The Human Resources Business Partner will facilitate the realization of organizational goals by collaborating closely with the Vice President of Human Resources, the Management team, and staff on a variety of administrative HR and Benefits responsibilities.

This role is essential in embodying the Hindman brand through daily interactions with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Oversees and executes semi-monthly payroll processes. Monitors and updates all employee status changes, title modifications, promotions, and transitions to ensure accurate records.

HR Information System (HRIS):
(Paylocity)
Administers and manages the HRIS to maintain up-to-date employee information.

Onboarding & Offboarding:
Collaborates with the Operations team to facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding processes. Ensures the completion of End of Employment documentation and procedures. Maintains comprehensive personnel files and HR documentation within Hindman's Microsoft 365 environment.

Leads talent acquisition efforts using the Applicant Tracking System, including job advertisement placements, website postings, resume evaluations, interview scheduling, candidate screening, and facilitating the hiring process in partnership with Hiring Managers.

Utilizes the employee handbook, company policies, and other HR resources to provide guidance and address inquiries from management and staff.

Benefits Administration:
Monitors, analyzes, and reports on monthly benefits plan data.

Works in close collaboration with Brokers and vendors to ensure accurate employee data and to recommend enhancements to processes and programs.

Partners with the VP and Broker team to oversee comprehensive employee Benefits Administration:

Specifically manages:
FMLA, Short Term Disability, ADA Management, and Personal Leave of Absence. Addresses internal employee needs and requirements throughout the entire process.

Acts as the primary contact for general employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters: benefits, payroll, company policies, time off, and performance review procedures.

Oversees the Cobra process, including vendor and employee portal management, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Collaborates with Finance to address payroll tax compliance issues and to establish State taxation accounts for employee relocations.
Provides support to the Director as needed and collaborates on all facets of HR.
Must possess HR and Paylocity experience.
