Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop recruitment strategies to fill critical positions.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, employee/labor relations, and benefit administration.
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Recent experience with ADP or other similar HRIS platforms.
This is an office-based role, requiring regular attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
