**Position Summary:**

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at LHH Recruitment Solutions, you will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with the overarching goals of the organization. Your collaboration with management and employees will be key in addressing HR challenges, enhancing employee satisfaction, and ensuring the successful execution of HR initiatives.

**Core Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic HR Guidance: Collaborate with business leaders to grasp their strategic objectives and deliver HR solutions that foster organizational growth.
  • Employee Relations Management: Address intricate employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the hiring process by managing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Performance Oversight: Supervise performance management activities, encompassing performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and coaching.
  • Policy Development: Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Organizational Change Facilitation: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and assistance throughout transitions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and inform decision-making.
  • Workplace Culture Enhancement: Foster a positive work environment and boost employee engagement through various initiatives.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role, ideally in a contract capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate effective relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven capability to manage complex employee matters and implement HR solutions.
  • Experience in talent management, including recruitment, development, and performance oversight.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and related software; familiarity with HR analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Compensation Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour

Benefits: Our associates are eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. We offer flexible coverage options to meet individual needs. Associates may also qualify for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave and other mandated leave, as well as holiday pay where applicable.
