In your role as a People Partner, you will serve as the primary HR representative and the face of the HR division for our factory workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and support to employees and management on matters related to employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Enhancing site engagement and promoting continuous improvements in HR policies.
- Overseeing comprehensive HR initiatives from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is documented.
- Managing the medical accommodation process in compliance with applicable laws.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, collaborating with safety, quality, and operational teams.
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within a manufacturing context, is required. Experience with unions and collective bargaining agreements is advantageous.
Key competencies include:
- Proven experience in HR operations, particularly in Employee Relations, including investigations and performance evaluations.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and enhance performance.
- Capability to design, implement, and assess the impact of organizational initiatives.
The salary range for this position is between $67,000 and $100,500. Compensation decisions are influenced by various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
Bonus StructureThis role is eligible for bonuses and long-term incentives.
